ASSISTANT MANAGER TRAINEE :- 7 POST

Diploma Engineer (Trainee):- 4POST
(Mech/Elect/Electronics/Instrumentation)
Minimum Qualification: Full time Bachelor / Diploma in the respective degree / diploma of Engineering from a Recognized University / Institute with 55% marks or CGPA equivalent. For SC/ST candidates, it is 50% or CGPA equivalent from a recognized university / institute. Wherever GDPA/CGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded, equivalent % of marks should be indicated as per norms adopted by the University/ Institute. A certificate to this effect from the University/ Institute shall be required at the time of interview
Training & Remuneration: On selection, Jr. Manager & Asst. Manager (Trainee) will remain on Training for a period of 1 year. During the 1st year of training the Junior Manager (Trainee) will be paid a stipend of Rs 18,000/- pm and Asst. Manager (Trainee) will be paid a stipend of Rs 20,000/- pm. After successful completion of the training the Junior Manager (Trainee) will be placed in the scale of pay of Rs 16400-40500/- (E-1), the Asst. Manager (Trainee) will be placed in the scale of Rs 20600-46500/- (E-2). Diploma Engineers (Trainee) will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 12,000/- during the training period of one year. On successful completion of the training, the Diploma Engineer (Trainee) would be placed in the scale of pay of Rs 11590-20390/- of ‘A’ Grade Workman
Procedure for applying: Eligible applicants may apply in the prescribed format ‘Annexure-I’ appended below. Applicants are required to take print out, fill in application form and send the application duly signed after pasting a recent photograph on the space provided along with all required testimonials, certificates of experience, age, SC/ST/OBC etc and a non refundable A/C Payee demand draft of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight hundred) only for General and OBC candidates and Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred) only for SC/ST as processing fee in favour of “M/s Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd.” drawn on any of the nationalized bank and payable at Ranchi”. Internal candidates are exempted from the application fee. Applications are to be submitted in envelop super-scribing the post applied for with advertisement number.
